The Alliances Françaises network plans national tours and also participates in several national and international events (Cape Town Jazz Festival, Awesome Jazz Festival in Durban, International Arts Festival in Grahamstown, Francophone Festival, World Day against AIDS).
A close partnership with the French Institute of South Africa (IFAS) allows for the co-financing of these events and tours of considerable stature hosted by the Alliance Française network.
This collaboration made it possible in 2008 to host the following campaigns :
Music tours : Paris - Joburg and City Kay
Travelling Exhibitions : Amélie Debray, Retha Ferguson, Réunions Chroniques and Extra Muros
Dance company : Soul City (Reunion island)
