COPYWRITER

Tray International Pty (ltd) is providing outsourcing services for worldwide based international removal company. Our Clients have built a network of 118 branches in 78 countries specializing in door-to-door relocation solutions. After already 3 successful years Tray international is now growing its services, and is looking to recruit a copywriter.

LOCATION : Cape Town, South Africa

JOB DESCRIPTION : The candidate will work in close collaboration with the Group Managing Director and be in charge of answering to tenders as well as preparing company presentations for all our clients. He or she will be in constant contact with all the branches and sales managers in order to answer to the client’s requirements. The candidate will collect, prepare and write the answers to tender in accordance with the client’s Scope of Work and the demands of the profession. He or she must be creative and innovative in order to promote our services and convince the client to select our company, within the time frame specified in the Scope of Work. He or she will also participate in the research and writing of newsletters and news flashes, as well as the website content for all brands.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :
 English first language
 Excellent writing
 An ability to see the big picture
 Creative and versatile
 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint)
 Organised and methodical
 An ability to work in a team with good communication skills
 Prepared to work long hours when necessary
