Country Manager - FRANCE

Salary (R15,000-20,000 Per Month)

Our client a leader in the marketing sector is seeking an French speaking country manager to join in their Marketing team. Position will be based in Gauteng. International Travelling will be required from time to time.

Qualification & Requirements :

*Marketing degree or diploma or relevant Qualification.

*Online marketing experience will be a definite +

*Must be native French( Must have lived and worked in France)

*Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in French and English.

Duties

1. RETENTION :

.Maintain and grow profit from existing clients

• Servicing existing active clients to maximize profit

• Isolate and identify VIP’s to provide a personal service as an account manager

• Proactive and reactive client management

• Daily monitoring of various criteria

• Organize and action overseas trips to clients

• Initiate and action proactive & reactive marketing call campaigns

• Planning of reward incentives and marketing campaigns to meet this function

2. REACTIVATION :

.Identification and reactivation through marketing mechanisms of lapsed clients

• Co-ordinate and action mechanisms to reactivate lapsed (non-active) clients to return to the business

• Planning of reward incentives and marketing campaigns to meet thisfunction

• Keep churning old clients through at profitable levels

3. ACQUISITION :

.Innovative and creatively find ways to bring more clients to the business.

• Driving new registrations and traffic to websites by working together with Acquisitions Team and also taking responsibility for monthly new registrations for portfolio country.

• Converting potential clients to active real purchasing accounts

• Building up relationships with country-specific affiliates, media portals and new business associates

• Facilitate media buying on websites local to the country being managed

• Assist with sourcing and acquiring profit out of client Lists

• ROI Analysis

4. VIP SERVICE CREATION / DEVELOPMENT :

This function involves keeping existing VIP clients active also and identifying potential new VIP clients. The duties require proactively and reactively ensuring that the client experience is superior and overseeing thus by providing account management for these clients.

• Identifying new / existing / potential VIP clients

• Maximizing profits from these clients and also aim to provide continually improving tailored services

• Providing or facilitating superior service 24 hours and 7 days a week to these clients

• Creatively and innovative provide a service that retains and maximizes growth from these VIP clients

5. GENERAL :

• Understanding and keeping abreast of Country legislation and advancements in the industry

• Understanding the market, culture and psychology of clients from portfolio

• Keep abreast and report on what the competition is doing in your portfolio of countries

• Identify which events are specific to this market and how can we leverage of these

• Quality check and improve websites and client communication where required

• Assist with localization of websites and communication to clients (Translate copy where required)

• Will be required to travel overseas for organized client events and conferences
