Experienced web designer/ Graphic designer

Tray International pty (ltd) provides administration and marketing services for worldwide based removal company.Our Clients have built a network of 117 branches in 75 countries specializing in door-to-door relocation solutions. After already 3 successful years Tray international is now growing its services, and is looking to recruit a new senior Designer with a specialisation in web designs and able to lead a team made of 2 designers and a developer.

LOCATION : Cape Town, South Africa

JOB DESCRIPTION :
The candidate will work closely with the Group Managing Director, and will be in charge of the design team working on our web development as well as preparing all clients communication designs within the client’s Scope of Work and in line with the group marketing strategy. He or she will be in constant contact with the Group’s branch and sales managers in order to answer to the client’s requirements.
He or she must be creative, motivated, dynamic, and an experienced designer, whom pays attention to details and whom is enthusiastic. The candidate will get full exposure to the whole range of corporate marketing activities, applying his/her design skills : from the architecture of websites to the designing and implementing of them. Corporate identity, corporate stationary to print adverts. Packaging, exhibitions and event display stands and materials. Online, email marketing, newsletters flash to offline brochure ware.. etc..

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :
 Experience in building websites and dealing with online marketing activities.
 A portfolio that shows practical, real world design skills suited to a corporate market
 Able to work within the existing corporate image guidelines
 Able to manage a project from start to end set priorities.
 Able to work on short deadline and under pressure.
 Sound knowledge of or French speaking will be a plus.
 An ability to work in a team with good communication skills
 Prepared to work long hours when necessary

REQUIREMENTS :
 Proficient in the use of : Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe InDesign CS, Adobe Illustrator CS, Dreamweaver, Microsoft office applications
 Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Java Script and web related technologies, SEO and online Marketing Experience.
 Some Flash , Flash Action scripting will be advantageous
