1 Year Contract (REF-LMM02)
Key Functions :
PROCUREMENT TEAM PERFORMANCE
Negotiate commercially favourable contracts that can deliver value and are completed in accordance with the requirements of the Business Unit with respect to cost, timing, quality of service.
Ensures that best customer opportunities for value creation are fulfilled by proactively identifying opportunities or risk at an early stage, clarifying the value of potential, and responding quickly to customer needs in the procurement process.
All sourcing projects and transactional purchasing tasks are completed to plan.
Contribute to the development of Company and Business Unit peers and colleagues and provide leadership and guidance to Sourcing Analysts.
Actively engage and support Company Strategy
CONTRIBUTION TO BUSINESS UNIT PERFORMANCE
Contribute to the performance and profitability*, supplier strategy development, negotiation strategy planning, and effective contract writing and management.
Lead and drive a contract implementation and Supplier review processes for departmentGovernance-Contribute to a strong governance culture in Company Customer Service-Ensure the effective delivery of all agreed services to customers (internal or external)
Safety-Ensures that the highest standard of Safety performance is maintained* Staff and performance management of staff Key Skills that is pertinent to the role :

SAP experience
Qualification :
Secondary Education coupled with Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Procurement or Commerce or Business *Commensurate commercial accumen gained in the purchasing or procurement environments
Experience and requirements
At least 10 years experience in various line management, project, services and support roles in a procurement environment
Operational responsibilities/management
Operational management experience preferential
Experience in a capital intensive industry
Excellent French and English Language skills (Verbal and written) non negotiable
