With Google Translate you can translate a phrase from English to French or vice versa. (There are also many other languages). You can also translate a whole web page.

Google Translate also has an online dictionary, giving different meanings of the same word, and how the word is used in a sentence.

And if that is not enough, you can install the Google Toolbar, which will enable you to translate words on a web page by simply hovering your mouse over them !
