Beginners (80 hours / 20 weeks)

An 80 hour-long course to introduce you to the basics of French. We place the accent on everyday communication. The grammar comes in lately and slowly.

Beginners (60 hours / 20 weeks) A 60 hour-long course to introduce you to the basics of French for those who are absolutely unable to attend classes during the week.

NB : This course will have to be followed by another Saturday-morning class.

Saturday 09:00 – 12:00

Beginners (40 hours / 10 weeks)

A 40 hour-long course to introduce you to the basics of French over a period of 3 months to be completed after a second module of 40 hours.

Tuesday & Thursday 17:30 – 19:30

Elementary (80 hours / 20 weeks) The follow- up to beginners. During this course, you will finish your first textbook. At the outcome, you will be able to communicate in everyday situations, using the main tenses and usual vocabulary.

Intermediate (80 hours / 20 weeks) This course allows you to make progress in your use of our rich language and its grammar, illustrated by idiomatic expressions : complex sentences, specific vocabulary, important aspects of French civilisation.

Advanced (80 hours / 20 weeks)

At the outcome of this course, you should be able to read newspapers, watch a TV news bulletin, understand French daily events, analyse them and express your opinion. You will be able to travel in a French-speaking country and communicate easily.

Conversation (40 hours / 20 weeks) Conversation "BLEU" (level 1)

You can speak French but you need to build up your confidence and strengthen your talking skills. This course is for you.

Conversation "BLANC" (level 2)

French has very few secrets for you but grammar and its intricacy still do. Come and join this conversation course to keep your vocabulary on the roll and improve your grammar.

Conversation "ROUGE" (level 3)

You have been talking French fluently for a while already ; you want to keep it up and expand your vocabulary. This course will allow you to do so, using French medias (TV, press …) and helping you to stay in touch with the cultural and social evolution of our country.

NEW : Kiddies’ Corner 1 (40 hours / 20 weeks)

A new class starting in 2008, aimed at introducing French to children aged 5 to 8 who never learned French at any stage. This is an initiation to the French language through games, songs, various fun activities, etc.

Wednesday 14:30 – 16:00

NEW : Kiddies’ Corner 2 (40 hours / 20 weeks)

The same as before, but for either bilingual children or those who have already reached a satisfactory level in French (we will of course assess all children before accepting them in this new, exciting class).

Wednesday 16:00 – 17:30

NEW : Teenager’s Corner (40 hours / 20 weeks)

A new class starting in 2008 : your child or children have taken up French at school but battle with the language and could easily do with a bit of help... We are here for them !! Please note that this class is based on our curriculum and will not substitute to the school’s requirements. This class will run all semester long, please check our website or call us to know about our intensive classes during scholl breaks.

NB : NOT FOR BEGINNERS !!
