Project Manager
Tray International (Ltd) provides administrative services on behalf of removal companies that specialize in international removals. Our clients have established a network of 117 branches in 75 countries, specializing in door-to-door relocation services. Already after 3 years of success, Tray International is expanding its activities and is therefore recruiting qualified candidates, who are motivated and ready to put a lot of effort and time in various projects.

This position is to be filled in immediately.

LOCATION : Cape Town, South Africa

JOB DESCRIPTION :
The candidate will be responsible for organizing and handling the logistics of accommodation search files, school search files and handling any administrative formalities that are linked to Immigration (moves/ relocations). S/he will act as the liaison between the clients and external services providers, will maintain daily contact with the consultant on the ground and will ensure the development of customer loyalty.
The candidate will make sure that internal procedures are followed, that the assignments entrusted are profitable and s/he will participate in the company’s sales growth.

SKILLS REQUIRED :
 An acute sense of service. S/he must be available and ready to listen and respond to the clients’ needs.
 Ability to work independently and with different teams in a multi-cultural environment.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills, versatility.
 Preferably a candidate who has lived in France for at least 1 year and has work and personal experience in relocation and removals.
 Excellent and effective oral communication skills
 A good command of office tools.
 Fluency in English and another language will be an added advantage.
 High school certificate (Bac / Matric / A’ Levels) + a minimum of 2 years tertiary education with proven experience in services. The candidate must have good managerial skills.

SALARY : Dependent upon the candidate’s experience
